A hurting foot is a terrible thing. Yes, I know we talked about feet previously, and no, I don’t have a foot fetish. Do you know that over the course of your lifetime you will walk over 250,000 miles? It’s no wonder your feet ache. The solution? A foot bath.

It’s easy to see how you can end up with aching feet.
For a foot bath all you need is a basin deep enough o allow both your feet to fit comfortably. Make sure it’s deep enough to cover the ankles. Before soaking, wash your feet with pure castile soap. Once you’re feet are clean, add water and a few drops of essential oils such as peppermint or lavender to the basin. You can also add epsom salt. Watch a movie or read a book while soaking, and remember to keep a towel close by for when you’re finished.
After the soak, towel dry and moisturize using a herbal oil or cream. Now here is where you can customize for your personal needs–
