Smoothie Paradise

You know how I feel about raw food. I've been slowly trying to integrate it into my diet. I've found that one of the best ways to get a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet is smoothies. Well, I think I may have stumbled across smoothie nirvana.
The thing I love about smoothie is that you can tailor it to your needs. Load it up with blueberries if you're concerned with anti-aging. Trying to strengthen your bones? Zero in on Vitamina D and calcium. If you have arthritis, toss in some MSM or hyaluronic acid. Heart health? Then an ounce of flax oil.
Banana Fudge smoothie
1 1/2 very cold soy milk
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
2 ripe frozen bananas cut in one inch chunks
2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon sorghum syrup or dark honey
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Bon appetite!
