I finally saw a rheumatologist and began weekly intramuscular injections of 'methotrexate' and saw nearly immediate and 95% total clear up. The healed skin was very sensitive and had a freckly pigment and eventually the drug became impossible to find and out of stock everywhere. Most of the psoriasis came back with a vengeance and will not go away again. I tan in a salon and drink water and eat fresh foods to no avail.
