Of course I¡¯m making resolutions about my diet for the New Year. I¡¯ve been dabbling with raw food, but I want to be totally raw before the end of 2008. I know some people do it in 30 days, but I can¡¯t walk away from a lifetime of southern cooking that fast. They haven¡¯t invented that 10 step program as far as I know.
