I’ve seen several articles lately about facial yoga and facial exercise in lieu of going under the knife for plastic surgery. I think it’s a valid route. I actually bought a facial flex a few years ago and I feel it helps. At the time I had a roommate and I remember her laughing at me while I did my bedtime ritual with the facial flex. I’ve been wanting to do a study on ayurveda for a while now so when I saw this book I knew now was the time. The pictures are unbelievable. The black and whites are more impressive to me than the color pictures. Beautiful sepia toned child brides in their wedding finery. It’s not all fluff though. I’m learning a lot.
